- ISO/IEC 27018:2019, protection of personal data in the cloud
How we protect your data
- Private by contract. Hosted in the European Union, under a Data Processing Agreement, and never used to train models. See the DPA.
- Encrypted in transit. The website and the API are served over HTTPS only.
- Separate for each customer. The memory of your conversations is kept for you and for no one else.
- Always on. Backups, certificates and the health of the service are monitored around the clock.

If you find a security problem, write to hello@neurabrain.io with what you saw and how to reproduce it. A person reads every message.
