Data Processing Agreement
This is the summary of the agreement under which IANUSTEC processes your data when you use NEURA Brain. The signed copy is part of your order, and we send it to you with the first offer.
Roles
You are the controller of the content you send to NEURA Brain (prompts, files, conversation history) and of the personal data it contains. IANUSTEC S.R.L. is the processor and acts only on your documented instructions, which are the use of the API and what the order says.
What we process
The content of requests and answers, the memory of your conversations that the service keeps so that long work can continue, and the technical data needed to run and bill the service (account, slots, usage metadata).
Commitments
- No training. Your data is never used to train or improve any model.
- European Union. Your data is hosted in the European Union.
- Confidentiality. The people who handle the service are bound by confidentiality. Operating the platform does not require reading your conversations.
- Security. We apply the measures described on the Security page, appropriate to the risk.
- Sub-processors. We list them in the signed copy and tell you before adding or replacing one, so that you can object.
- Your rights. We help you answer requests from data subjects, including access, export and deletion of what is stored for you.
- Incidents. We notify you without undue delay after becoming aware of a personal data breach that concerns your data.
- End of contract. At your choice we return and then delete your data, unless the law requires us to keep it.
- Audits. We give you the information you need to verify these commitments and let you audit them within reason.
