This page explains what happens to personal data when you visit neurabrain.io or send us an early access request. The data processed inside the service by customers is covered by the DPA.

Who is responsible

IANUSTEC S.R.L., San Fior (TV), Italy, VAT number 05153270268, is the controller of the data described on this page. Write to hello@neurabrain.io for anything related to it.

This website

Like any web server, ours receives your IP address and the technical details of each request (page, time, browser) to deliver the page and keep the service safe.

Visit notifications. When you open a page, our server sends a short notification to a team member's phone through Pushover, a notification service operated by a company in the United States. It says which page was opened, where you came from (referrer and campaign tags, if any), your country, your browser and device type, your language and screen size, the time, and your IP address with its last part removed. The country is worked out on our own server from the IP address with a local database, without sending the address to anyone. It is not repeated if you reload the page within half an hour. Nothing is stored on your device for this. We use it to know whether the site is being read and to answer interest quickly, on the basis of our legitimate interest, and not to build profiles of individuals.

Google Analytics. Only if you accept in the banner, we load Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, with Google LLC in the United States). It sets cookies on your device (names starting with _ga) and sends Google the pages you view, your browser and approximate location, with your IP address anonymised. We use it to count visits and see which pages work. Advertising features are off. You can change your choice at any time from "Cookie settings" at the bottom of the page, which also removes the cookies.

The early access form

If you send a request, we receive what you type: name, company, email address, number of slots and the description of what you will run, and, only if you choose to tell us, what you spend on AI services today.

  • Why: to answer your request and, if you decide to go on, to prepare the contract. This is the pre-contractual step you asked for.
  • Where it goes: it is sent by email to our shared mailbox, and a short notification with the same fields is sent to a team member's phone through Pushover, a notification service operated by a company in the United States.
  • How long: as long as needed to handle your request. If we start working together, as long as the contract and the law require. If we do not, we delete the request on your word or when it is no longer useful.
  • Who sees it: the people at IANUSTEC who handle requests, and the providers that carry the email and the notification.

Your rights

You can ask us for access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy in a usable format, or object to its use. Write to hello@neurabrain.io; we answer within one month. If you think we handled your data badly you can complain to the Italian data protection authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali, garanteprivacy.it).

Data processed by the service

What customers send to the NEURA Brain API is not personal data of website visitors and is handled under the Data Processing Agreement. In short: it is hosted in the European Union and it is never used to train models.
